The Monument Jack was designed by Milton Neeley with the help and assistance of Cemetery professionals.   It has taken years of trial and error to perfect this tool.  If you have suggestions for improvement, comments are welcome.   These tools are made in Hooper Utah, which is a small town in Northern Utah.   All materials and labor are products of the United States.
